Application Form

Our applications are now managed by the online service membermojo. This is a two stage process in that your application must be approved. The process is as follows:

1. Complete the online form below - asterisks denote required fields

2. You will receive an acknowledgement from membermojo

3. Attend your first meeting (see programme). This will allow us to review your application form with you face-to-face

4. Your application will then be approved and you will receive a full welcome pack which includes handouts on how to get the most out of CSWB and how to make an effective CV.
